Ilona Dixon - Group Office Manager
I joined Windsor Waste Management in May 2012 as the Office Manager and more recently expanded my role to incorporate WCRS to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the administration and operational functions within the organisations. I have extensive office management experience, previously managing a team of sales administration, order processing and purchasing staff. I worked in the plastic laboratory consumables industry for 12 years and along the way I picked up some knowledge of the plastic recycling side of things, so waste management is not a totally new area to me. Having relocated to the area from Milton Keynes, I am throwing myself into the Essex lifestyle! Out of work I love to run, go to the gym and you will often find me at iron man style events throughout the year! My partner, friends and family are all very important to me so I love to spend as much time as I can with them on a regular basis!
