Suzanne O'Connor - Customer Service Specialist

I joined WCRS in August 2017 on a consultancy basis to help build an outstanding Customer Service Department. My job involves reviewing existing processes to identify where improvements can be made to add further value for our customers and to provide additional training and support where required. The aim is to support the team and the business in building a sustainable customer service strategy which will exceed customers’ expectations and help support the growth of the business. I’ve really enjoyed my time at WCRS so far and feel fortunate to work with such a forward thinking, driven and dedicated company. I have over 20 years managerial experience in the Recycling and Waste Industry and within this time worked in Business Development and Account Management as well as building and developing Customer Service Teams. In addition to my consultancy role, I am a qualified swimming and water aerobics teacher and to relax I enjoy taking my dogs for long country walks and the occasionally glass of wine.
